YOGA:

This is a beginner/intermediate yoga class designed to improve strength, balance and flexibility for people of all ages. This yoga class teaches students how to connect poses with breathing to create fluid movement.

YIN YOGA:

A simple yet challenging practice of holding yoga positions for longer periods of time. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues (joints, ligaments, fascia and tendons). Yin Yoga promotes flexibility and the flow of energy to promote stress relief. A perfect practice for the less-than-flexible individual. Discover hidden sources of energy.

PILATES:

This class is designed to enhance the fundamental understanding of core strength and stabilization as it applies to movement. Pilates is working from the inside out to create flexibility/strength throughout muscle areas and joints.

REVV/SPIN CLASS:

Indoor cycling focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery using a weighted flywheel.

CIRCUIT:

This class involves free weights, machines and various equipment all utilized in one minute intervals. This total body workout increases strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.

FUN-N-FIT:

A low impact fitness session focused on increasing aerobic abilities and strength training in a variety of formats.

MOVEMENT AND BALANCE:

A Principle-based approach for safe and effective movement development to support you in work and life.

SHRED’N TRX®:

Combines synergistic, high intensity, resistance, endurance, dynamics, along with suspension training.

STEP / STEP’N SCULPT:

Cardio Workout using a step system with adjustable height which often incorporates strength workouts.

STRENGTH:

A workout class that focuses on strength training and development with a general overview.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING:

This challenging workout is designed to increase strength and improve an individual’s overall conditioning.

PX90:

This class is a total body workout routine built on strength and cardio conditioning designed to torch fat and build muscle mass.

ZUMBA®:

This latin-inspired dance fitness class combines music and movement to create a unique, exciting, dynamic, multi-faceted fitness program. This program is a fun way to burn calories.

LATIN DANCE:

This latin-inspired dance fitness class combines music and movement to create an exciting, dynamic and effective fitness program. This class helps make latin dance an exercise in disguise in such a way that anyone can do it!

REVV SURGE

A new take on our classic Revv class, an indoor cycling class that features high-intensity cardio, muscle-sculpting strength training and rhythm-based choreography. It’s loud, current, fun and will keep you moving and surging through to the best shape of your life.
