Indoor cycling focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery using a weighted flywheel.
This class involves free weights, machines and various equipment all utilized in one minute intervals. This total body workout increases strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.
A consistently varied, functional and high-intensity workout. This workout program is designed to highlight performance and develop athletic strength. This program does require an additional monthly charge however members are welcome to drop in for the first class at no charge.
D.O.C. (Deck Of Cards):
Easy to follow class for individuals of all fitness levels. This class challenges students with ever-changing cardio/strength workouts that include six exercises per class. Heart pumping, muscle specific, fat burning, luck of the draw fun and fitness!
